When people think of public relations, one of the first words that most often comes to mind is spin (with due credit to shows like “Sex and the City,” “Scandal” and “Mad Men.”). And while we truly are masters at finding and telling your brand’s most compelling stories, we’re only able to do so from the core value of radical transparency—without spin—that permeates every aspect of our agency.

I am a big believer that workplace hierarchies are toxic and outdated. At Kel & Partners, we define radical transparency as the idea that we create a healthier work environment when:

Radical transparency starts from the top. That means that we are committed to openly communicating with employees about all aspects of the business – the decisions we make that affect them, the reasoning behind those decisions and how they will be impacted. It means providing clarity on team assignments, job descriptions and markers for growth. It means an open door policy that builds trust and gives employees the critical information and confidence they need to do their jobs effectively, creatively and with purpose!

Kel & Partners has, at its core, Client-Side DNA.
